“Sunday morning. PK-X in Montreal. 20 minutes cross-training warm-up: jumping up stairs, down stairs, pull-ups on just about anything we could find and crawling down the concrete ledge of a staircase. Then, Parkour: kong jumps, precision jumps and freestylin’. We had advanced people out working with first timers. By the end of the mob the first timers were sticking some amazing jumps!”
